The traditional rust removal methods such as mechanical blasting, flame, and pickling, although they are simple and easy to construct, have the disadvantages of large investment, energy consumption, environmental pollution, and labor intensity. In the past, the 200-liter steel drums produced by Hainan Nongken Haikou Machinery Factory used the method of directly applying internal and external coatings without removing rust or mechanically derusting. They often need to be re-painted, and the coating cost is very wasteful. Rust again affects the quality of the product. For this reason, we have carried out the development and application of JD96A normal temperature metal cleaning fluid. 2 Test materials and methods (1) Main test materials ①JD96A room temperature metal cleaning liquid is developed based on the research results of Hainan University's HP-2 room temperature phosphating liquid for many years, combined with the climate characteristics of Hainan, mainly free phosphoric acid and phosphate, with alcoholic organic solvents It is a quasi-transformation multifunctional normal temperature cleaning solution with natural cellulose corrosion inhibitor. ②The material of the sample steel plate and the whole barrel test piece is 08 # high-quality carbon steel oil drum special plate, the standard thickness is 1.25mm. (2) Test method ①Small test The small-scale test is mainly carried out in the laboratory. The immersion time is 3 to 4 minutes. After drying, the inner surface is painted with white polyurethane coating. , The outer surface is painted with grass green alkyd enamel and delivered to the warehouse for use. Process plan of the whole barrel test: Samples (seam welding and forming of the barrel body, forming of the bottom cover of the barrel, and samples of the steel plate at the same time) → JD96A dipping → drying → (brushing in paint) → drying → sealing the bottom cover of the barrel → testing → brushing the outer paint → drying → storage . 3 JD96A cleaning liquid performance test (1) Drying time test: This test uses 08 # steel plate (hot-rolled or cold-rolled), which is naturally dried at room temperature by dipping to cause no signs of wetting. The time generally does not exceed 15 minutes. (2) Adhesion test between JD96A phosphating passivation film and steel substrate: The adhesion between JD96A phosphating passivation film and steel substrate is very strong, and the line drawing test is grade 0. (3) Welding test: welding is not affected after coating, and other mechanical properties of the steel plate are not affected. (4) Compatibility test of JD96A and the upper coating: apply alkyd iron red primer, white polyurethane paint, asphalt paint and modified bitumen paint on the phosphating steel plate respectively, and then conduct the corrosion resistance test of the paint film (Atmospheric test face and salt spray test face), the results show that JD96A can be used with common paint. (5) Salt water resistance test: Immerse the treated and dried test plate in a 3% aqueous solution of sodium chloride. (6) JD96A consumption and supplement test during immersion construction: The immersion operation of JD96A saves labor and time. The remaining liquid does not need to be treated frequently and does not affect production. ④Wide range of application: JD96A can be applied to hot-rolled steel plates and cold-rolled steel plates, and has the same derusting and antirust effects. In addition, it is suitable for various operation methods, and can be immersed in static or flow rinse. ⑤JD96A is completed in one step by degreasing, derusting, phosphating, and passivation. It can be used without washing, saving labor and time, effectively reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving work efficiency. ⑥ Obvious economic benefits: Due to the abundant raw materials, the cost of preparing the original liquid is low, the procedure is simple, the price is inexpensive, the production is simple, the equipment investment is small, and the coating cost can be reduced. ⑦After the enhancement of the anti-rust ability, the annual cost of rework of coating can be saved by 150,000 yuan. ⑧Expand the range of steel drums to increase economic benefits.
