Small film paper printing and transfer process

(1) Modulating the required pigments with a masterbatch oil to form a paste for printing, which requires uniform grind, which can meet the requirements of color, without sticking to the net;

2 Use the adjusted printing material to print the desired pattern on the small film base paper according to the requirements; different printing requirements select the appropriate wire mesh and suitable mesh;

3 After the pattern is dry, coat the surface of the pattern with a cover oil to connect the patterns together. Cover oil acts as a carrier during transfer;

4 The printed paper is clean and tidy after drying, and it is stored in a moisture-proof manner to prevent the attached tissue paper from sticking and destroying the pattern.

5 When transfer is required, the paper is soaked in water. After about 30 seconds, the entire pattern connected by the cover oil will be peeled off from the bottom paper;

6 Paste the peeled pattern directly onto the substrate, and then fix the pattern. Different methods of fixing the substrate are different.

E.g:
Ceramics: Barbecue 700~800°C;
Glass: Barbecue 500~560°C;
Helmet: painted on the surface.

The cover oil on the pattern will evaporate after grilling, so it will not affect the printing effect. The colored paper cover oil should be used for the grill paper. It is clearly visible when the film is peeled off from the water and is easy to operate. Can not barbecue paper, generally use transparent cover oil.

In recent years, the development of small-film flower paper has developed rapidly, and it has been widely used in the decoration of ceramic ware, glassware, motorcycle helmets, motorcycle fittings, wooden boards and other items as well as the printing of fine labels and labels.
