Since the conventional corrugated boxes have 6 layers of corrugated cardboard with the same number of layers and thickness, to increase the strength, only the weight or number of layers of the paper can be increased. For parts that do not need to be enhanced, such as the bottom of the box and the box surface, increased grammage and layers are a functional waste. The local compounding and fiber-reinforced technology of corrugated cardboard precisely solves the contradiction between increasing the strength of the whole box and reducing the weight and number of layers of the paper. Local compounding and fiber reinforcement are performed after the main pressure surface of the carton is compounded and then fiber reinforced. The specific process route is to first cut the roll paper according to the specifications of the carton, compound it with each layer of adhesive, dry it into a corrugated board production line for local compounding, and then perform fiber reinforcement. According to the company's analysis, packaging cartons of the same size and strength that are produced using corrugated board partial composite and fiber-reinforced technology can save costs by 20% to 60%.
