The effect of squeegee after stretching

After the screen is dry, the photosensitive plate making method is adopted, and now the diazo photosensitive plate is generally used. The diazo photosensitive resist is divided into two types according to different color inks: water resistance and oil resistance (solvent). The coating of photosensitive emulsions generally uses a scraping rubber bucket. The cross section of the scraping rubber bucket is shaped like a rake, and is generally made of stainless steel of about 1 mm. A flat stainless steel scraper can also uniformly coat the photosensitive adhesive on the screen.

The scraping of the scraper or scraper should be straight. If it is bent, the scraping glue will be uneven and affect the quality of the plate. The scraper or scraper should not be too long. The large net can be scraped and glued together several times. Blisters and edges are also repaired with short scrapers or scrapers, so prepare scrapers or scrapers of different lengths.
